ISQ ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
To ensure smooth functioning of ISQ, it is imperative that an organizational structure be created which provides enough freedom to various regions across the country, to function and promote the cause of propagating Quality in every facet of life. For this, we studied various organizational structures and methods of operation of such voluntary “Not for Profit” organizations across the world. We find that the structure of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) that has evolved over the years, would suit our needs, to meet the expectations of the quality professionals and society at large, with similar diversity and size of the country, as in USA. Therefore, the organizational structure adopted is as shown in the figure. This would evolve over a period, as we grow.
